Edgemont Elementary Christmas Program

On Thursday, December 10, at 7 p.m., elementary students performed for the annual Christmas program. They were directed by Suzanne Hollenbeck.
Kindergarten and first grade students performed “Jingle Bells”, “Santa Claus is Coming to Town”, “Up On the Housetop” and “Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer.”
Kindergarten students are Anastie Allen, John DeVore, Mason Edmondson, Tucker Ross, Treyan Urban, Konnor West and Justin Zimiga. First grade students are Kassidy Aldrich, Connor Custer and Bradyn Hamilton.
Second and third grade student performed “The Littlest Reindeer”. Songs included “Getting Ready for Christmas”, The Littlest Reindeer”, “Up! Up! Up!”, “Stuck in the Chimney”, “A Special Gift” and an “Up! Up! Up!” reprise.
Tavian Urban played the part of the littlest reindeer, while Calvin Tonkin was Santa Clause. Katelyn Lauritsen was Mrs. Clause and Talen Cortney was Dasher. Anton Allen and Tony Briggs were Dancer and Prancer. Raelee Provorse and Sebastian Morse were Vixen and Comet. Faith Robertson was Cupid, while Decker Harsh was Donner. Gradin Cortney and Landyn Hamilton were Blitzen and Rudolph.
Chase Alexander, Cailin Braswell, Aaron Clarke, Landon Chance, Colton Gerard, Kaden Hall, Hadley Hollenbeck, William Johnson, Harmony Kester, Vanessa Mills, Fallon Ostenson, Raelee Provorse, Thomas Robertson and Porshia and Nevaeh Zimiga played elves.
Fourth and fifth grade students performed “It’s Christmas Carol”. Songs performed were “It’s Holiday Time”, “The grumpiest Elf in Town”, “Nobody Cares About Me”, “The Holiday Ghost”, “Carol’s Past”, “All I Want for Christmas” and reprises of “It’s Holiday Time” and “All I Want For Christmas”.
Carol was played by Amy Printz, while Kyran Urban played the Ghost of Christmas Past. Sammy Andrie and Peyton Ostenson played the ghosts of Christmas Present and Future.
McKenna Alexander, Jordan Ball, Bentley Broderick, Lane Chance, Keaton Darrow, Bella Edmondson, Adrian Goodroad, Cade Grill, James Hall, Blake Hanes, Jackie, John and Landon Heisler, Mackenzie Hollenbeck, Jordan Johnson, Amber Levey, Sierra Morse, Addison and Bridget Neville, J.J. Ostenson, James O’Neill, Braden Peterson, Cooper Reutter, Serenity West and Chevy Zimiga were elves.
The Edgemont Chamber sponsored candy bags for the evening. A suprise visit was made by Santa.
