Fall River County Unapproved Minutes of September 5, 2019
The Fall River Board of County Commissioners met in special session on September 5, 2019. Present: Joe Allen, Joe Falkenburg (via telephone), Paul Nabholz, Deb Russell and Sue Ganje, Auditor. Ann Abbott was absent.
The Pledge of Allegiance was given and the meeting called to order at 11:30 a.m.
The agenda was reviewed for conflicts; none were noted. All motions recorded in these minutes were passed by unanimous vote, unless otherwise stated.
Motion made by Allen, seconded by Nabholz, to approve the agenda, as written. By roll call vote, the motion carried.
Abbott joined the meeting at 11:32 a.m.
Dustin Ross and John McBride, Andersen Engineers, met with the board. Motion made by Allen, seconded by Nabholz, to approve the following resolution:
Fall River County Resolution #2019-28
A plat of JC Brunson Tract and Tract 2 South, Located in the SE1/4 of Section 4, the E1/2 of Section 9, the W1/2 and the SE1/4 of Section 10, All of Section 15, the E1/2 of Section 16, the NE1/4 of Section 21 and the N1/2 of Section 22, T10S, R2E, BHM, Fall River County, South Dakota
Formerly Tract 2 and Lot A of Tract 2
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the County Commissioners of Fall River County, South Dakota, the within plat of the above described lands, and it appearing to this Board that the system of streets conforms to the system of streets of existing plats and section lines of the county; adequate provision is made for access to adjacent unplatted lands by public dedication or section line when physically accessible; all provisions of the county subdivision regulations have been complied with; all taxes and special assessments upon the property have been fully paid; and the plat and survey have been lawfully executed; now and therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that said plat is hereby approved in all respects.

Motion made by Allen, seconded by Abbott, to approve the following resolution:

White Tract of Cobblestone Mountain Estates Subdivision, Located in the W1/2SW1/4 of Section 1, T7S, R5E, BHM, Fall River County, South Dakota
Formerly Lot 49, Lot 50, Lot 51, Lot 52 and Lot 54
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the County Commissioners of Fall River County, South Dakota, the within plat of the above described lands, and it appearing to this Board that the system of streets conforms to the system of streets of existing plats and section lines of the county; adequate provision is made for access to adjacent unplatted lands by public dedication or section line when physically accessible; all provisions of the county subdivision regulations have been complied with; all taxes and special assessments upon the property have been fully paid; and the plat and survey have been lawfully executed; now and therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that said plat is hereby approved in all respects.
